An exciting opportunity is available for a diligent accounts and business support professional to join our team as we continue to grow and enter new markets. You will work with the management team to provide accounts and business services support to the Risk Frontiers team.
About the role:

• Manage accounts receivable and payable
• Manage payroll
• Manage WHS policy and system
• Record keeping
• Coordinate routine purchasing
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Provision of team support

About you:

• Qualifications in accounting or finance related discipline
• Experience in providing finance support within a small to medium sized enterprise environment
• Experience in Xero is essential
• Knowledge of WHS regulations and their implementation
• Excellent skills in the use of MS Office
• Experience in effectively working both independently and in a team-based environment
• Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Highly effective written and oral skills

Marketing and Communications Coordinator

An exciting opportunity is available for a creative, motivated, and enthusiastic marketing and communications professional to join our team as we continue to grow and enter new markets. You will work with the management team to lead the development and delivery of marketing and communications strategies to enhance the value and market presence of the Risk Frontiers brand.

About the role:

• Development and delivery of marketing and communication strategies
• Manage Risk Frontiers’ web presence including website and social media
• Coordinate the development of high standard publications
• Coordinate events
• Coordinate tender proposals
• Provide graphic design support
• Development of marketing data and customer insight reports
• Provide occasional team support

About you:

• Qualifications in marketing and communications
• Experience in the development and coordination of marketing and communication strategies to enhance brand value with a focus on digital channels and content
• Excellent skills in the use of WordPress and MS Office
• Experience in effectively working both independently and in a team-based environment
• Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills with experience in developing corporate publications
• Effective communicator and networker. Experience in science communication is desirable
• Experience in managing events
