John has extensive real-world catastrophe experience that has enabled enhanced decision-making and shaped policy across the Asia Pacific. Under John’s leadership Risk Frontiers is positioned to tackle next generation risks.

Ryan Crompton

Modelling and Research Solutions

Ryan leads the modelling and research group responsible for the strategic direction and development of Risk Frontiers’ catastrophe models, climate and research solutions. Ryan has a PhD in Natural Hazards.

Andrew Gissing

General Manager

Andrew is a nationally recognised risk and resilience expert. He works with government, business and not-for-profits to make our communities safer.

Ryan Springall

General Manager

Ryan leads the delivery of Risk Frontiers’ capabilities and capital strategy advice to industry, including the (re)insurance, capital markets and banking sectors. Ryan holds a PhD in Physics.

Foster Langbein

Chief Technology Officer

As well as providing hands-on support in Risk Frontiers’ model development, Foster delivers our solution suite to industry across diverse technology platforms. Foster has a PhD in High Energy Physics.

James O’Brien

Chief Geospatial Scientist

James coordinates our geospatial assets and risk databases which enables the development of products including the National Flood Information based Risk Rating databases. James holds a PhD in Geography.
